Package 1: Comprehensive Accessibility Support

Pre-Event Support:

Venue Visit

 – Clear, user-friendly accessibility content for event communications.

Design of Visual Access Guide 

– A visually engaging access guide for attendees.

Written Accessibility Recommendations Report

Speaker and Event Team Accessibility Guidelines

Onsite Event Support:
We would be delighted to attend in person to provide hands-on support throughout the event. My on-the-day responsibilities would include:

  • Conducting a final accessibility walk-through of the venue.
  • Briefing volunteers on accessibility best practices.
  • Setting up and monitoring assistive technologies.
  • Supporting registration and attendee transitions.
  • Providing assistance during breaks and lunch, particularly for individuals with mobility or dietary requirements.
